Vinyasa Flow Class

What’s a Flow Class

If you consider yourself to be a beginner (never tried any Yoga before) or continuer (a few or many practices under your belt) these classes are for you

Our Yoga Flow practice is a Hatha inspired style of Yoga with a mix of floor and standing Asana (poses)

We also work on the deeper/ softer tissue layers Inc Fascia and you’ll enjoy engaging muscles whilst elongating (stretching) and time to rest and allow the body to recalibrate

Classes are for ALL.  No experience required ~ we’ll focus on what’s right for us, in our unique bodies

If you’ve been wanting to start Yoga for a while but a little apprehensive or maybe you want to refine you current practice…THIS IS THE CLASS FOR YOU

Chair Yoga

This is a gentle, fun and friendly class using many different props including Chairs to make Yoga accessible for all abilities. This class will suit anyone who is new to Yoga or returning maybe after a period of illness/injury

  • Do you think you are too old for Yoga?

  • Hate to get up and down off the floor?

If you answered yes to any of the above then this class is just for you ~ learn how to:

  • Improve strength, balance and flexibility
  • Sleep better

Yin Yoga

Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra relaxes the mind and is a great way to combat stress and anxiety ~ Literally means “Yogic Sleep”. It is said that 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equal to 4 hours normal sleep!! 🙏

Acupressure/ Tapping
this is a combination of ancient Chinese Acupressure and Tapping – together with modern psychology, known as energy psychology. A meridian is an energetic highway in the human body which allow for the flow of energy, known as Qi (pronounced “chee”), to circulate throughout. Meridians exist in corresponding pairs and each meridian has multiple acupressure (or acupuncture) points along the pathway
